1-hour mediation sessions held over Zoom with both parties.

Meeting agendas will guide the conversation, making sure all key issues for legal divorce and separation are covered.

One-on-one meetings with each party, if needed, to address individual concerns and ensure the process moves forward smoothly.
Memorandum of Understanding

At the end of the mediation process, you will receive a final MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) that outlines all the areas we’ve covered during the separation process.

The MOU will detail the mutually agreed-upon plans for separation, which will be reviewed by legal counsel before final submission to the court.

Mediation will remain available to address any future changes, new needs, or evolving mutual interests.
